We’re here to move through these classes, but it’s your vibe. Whatever you’re in the mood for, we want to get on your level. We guarantee a sweat, but choose your level of movement between level 1 and level 2.
These classes focus on a particular muscle group igniting muscles you didn’t even know you had. Sweat level during these classes is a moderate glisten.
This level will have you questioning your ability to walkup your first and second floor staircase. These are full body movements with targeted sections for your arms, abs, and booty to get you that SIXER BODY in no time.
BUILD – Level 1
Our modern take on Pilates with a classic barre twist was our inspiration for BUILD. Designed to lengthen your whole body and create long lean dancer muscles. This lower impact workout is great on days your body needs a little less. It also includes targeted cardio bursts for overall fat loss, bursts to the core, arms and booty.
This class uses little to no equipment. Added challenges can include hand weights, Pilates balls, or glute bands. However, each class can be done with body weight only. It is recommended to be near a wall or a chair near hip height for this workout.

CORE – Level 1
Our CORE class was one of our first inspired by traditional Pilates, but with our modern twist and all to a beat. Designed to focus on your core, lengthen your mid section and strengthen your lower back. After breaking a sweat we always end this class by sculpting your ASSets.
You will need a mat for this class. Added challenges can include hand weights, medicine balls, or Pilates balls. However, each class can be done with body weight only.

SCULPT – Level 1
Our SCULPT class is a complete glute focused class. Within five minutes of this class you’ll discover muscles you didn’t know existed. This class focuses on rounding, lifting, and growing all of your glute muscles. Each SCULPT class begins with a quick targeted arm workout and ends with an ab burnout.
You will need a mat for this class. Added challenges can include hand weights, booty bands, or Pilates balls. However, each class can be done with body weight only.

CAMP – Level 2
Our full body sweat session. Specifically designed to hit each area of the body with a cardio element at the beginning of class that will have you laughing and cursing under your breath. You’ll definitely feel the endorphins hit after you accomplish your first step combo. CAMP is great for your general health, heart, blood flow and weight loss.
CAMP uses a small stepper for all classes, but can be modified with anything low to the ground and strong enough to support your body weight. Added challenges include hand weights, rubber bands, or ankle weights.

BOUNCE – Level 2
BOUNCE uses more muscle energy than any other cardio workout, using 600 muscles with every jump. This high adrenaline, but low impact trampoline class improves aerobic fitness while burning fat. Of course, this class is set to a beat. You won’t be able to help but smile bouncing to a rhythmic cardio sequence.
You will need a rebounder for this class. Added challenges can include hand weights, booty bands, or ankle weights. However, each class can be done with body weight only.
